Replacement requests are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged during transit. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement of the same product will be initiated, subject to availability.

Refunds are issued only if a replacement of the same product is not available. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within the standard processing timeframe.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Products cannot be exchanged for a different design or item.

In the event a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, customers may: Choose an alternative product of the same value, or Opt for a higher-value product by paying the price difference, or Receive a refund, as per Clause 4.
