1. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

Customers are requested to acknowledge receipt of the package upon delivery. Once the order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any replacement or refund, customers must record a clear, continuous video of the package before opening it, showing:

  • The sealed package
  • The shipping label
  • The unboxing process without any cuts or edits
  • Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.

    • 3. Replacement Policy

    Replacement requests are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged during transit. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement of the same product will be initiated, subject to availability.

    4. Refund Policy

    Refunds are issued only if a replacement of the same product is not available. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within the standard processing timeframe.

    5. No Cancellation or Exchange

    Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Products cannot be exchanged for a different design or item.

    6. Product Unavailability

    In the event a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, customers may: Choose an alternative product of the same value, or Opt for a higher-value product by paying the price difference, or Receive a refund, as per Clause 4.

    7. Important Notes

    Minor variations in color, finish, or craftsmanship are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and do not qualify as defects. Muskan Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or replacement request after internal verification.
